My Fuzzy Tucson Friends

 I loved my morning walks at sunrise on my recent trip to Tucson.

Here are some beautiful shots of my fuzzy friends who were there to greet me every morning in the desert!

Are you feeling like you're in a desert?  Here's a verse from Psalm 107 that encourages me:

He turns a desert into pools of water, a parched land into springs of water.

Finding Comfort 2021

 We've had a family tragedy recently.

It's made me think more carefully about priorities.

I'm so thankful for my family and friends.

I've been spending time quietly before God,

just listening and trusting Him.

I'm not taking things for granted anymore.

I want to be obedient with all the days that I have left.

On a recent bike ride I took great comfort in

the beauty around me.

I know that we are not alone.

God's promised presence is real.

Rest in peace, my brother 💔

Tucson, Arizona - September 2021

 I was just in Tucson for a visit.  They have had an extraordinary amount of rain this summer.  Flowers and weeds are abounding.  Look at the butterflies on these blanket flowers!!??!!

Luca and I loved watching them flutter every morning on our daily walks.

These white "morning glories" were everywhere vining between the cacti - so beautiful!

Here's my little Arizona Sweetie!  I'd get on a plane to see him anytime 💓💓💓
