Tony makes a killer bleu cheese dressing and we use it liberally on our fresh greens! Recipe will follow soon.
I use scissors and cut the lettuce down to a couple inches from the ground. It will sprout new leaves again in no time.
Look at these collard greens already! I've been cutting leaves and using them in my Nutribullet shakes. I can't wait to start making my "Greens and Beans" saute.
The kale looks good and I'll be picking leaves any day now.
